Below the line specialists Mick and Nick took branding one step further for long time client Look & Listen. Over the Mother’s Day weekend in May, Look & Listen offered families the opportunity to show their mothers just how much they are loved by getting a free semi-permanent spray-on tattoo. The idea formed part of a wider in-store campaign where a number of suitable Mother’s Day products had been selected and prominently merchandised.

Buy the game, get the cheat codes in the ad promoting it
For the launch of the new Star Wars Force Unleashed game at Look & Listen, agency Mick & Nick found a clever way of reinforcing Look & Listen’s positioning. The brand has always been “for the fans”, and this time, it was computer game fans who benefited. “We created a visually intriguing print ad which gives away the game’s cheat codes to get players to the next level,” says Nick Liatos, Creative Director, Mick & Nick.
Africanising the Nike Dunk
For the South African launch of the Nike Dunk Mick & Nick asked six graffiti artists each to spray-paint a taxi using the Nike Dunk colours.
