by Ad Feature. Jacob Moshokoa and Sizakele Marutlulle are back with another riveting episode of the Ad Feature, managing swimmingly without a sick Andy Rice.
Marutlulle also chats to marketing manager of Cinemark, Yvonne Diogo, to get the lowdown on its first-ever global cinema ad, part of the Global Goals campaign, aimed at ending poverty, injustice and climate change. The ad is rumoured to feature a certain someone’s favourite actor, Chiwetel Ejiofor.
For the Wall of Fame or Shame:
- Moshokoa gives a Zero to a King Price Insurance ad, from Halo Advertising and Ola! Films, that’s funny but misses the product plot.
- Marutlulle awards Hero status to an Intel campaign that forged a partnership with New York Fashion Week, making technology uber-sexy.
Enjoy the show!
