Patel has been with the agency for just over two years and will pursue new ventures in product development and consulting when he leaves. Reed, who has been with the agency for eleven years, is moving to client side.

The agency, which has carved itself a niche as a leader in mobile app development, employs just over 40 people. Key clients include Ster-Kinekor, BidorBuy and Diner’s Club.

Patel says his career highlights at the business includes developing it from a development house to agency with a great, award-winning, creative team. Patel says the business is profitable, streamlined and well positioned for the future.

Texeira is a former COO of Ster Kinekor and has been with Primedia since 2007. Vermeulen was Executive Creative Director at Primedia’s Flying Circus business since 2012.
