by MarkLives (@marklives) Mediclinic Southern Africa has appointed FoxP2, following an extensive pitch process conducted by Yardstick, with four ad agencies considered in the final round of presentations. According to Nathier Salie, Mediclinic Southern Africa corporate marketing manager, this appointment strategically coincides with the launch of a redefined corporate marketing and communication strategy.
The private hospital group currently operates 49 private hospitals and two day-clinics throughout South Africa and three hospitals in Namibia, with more than 8 000 beds in total. Mediclinic Southern Africa is a wholly owned subsidiary of the international private healthcare group, Mediclinic International PLC. Through Mediclinic International, the group also operates in Switzerland, the UAE and the UK.
