by MarkLives (@marklives) Former Primedia Online CEO, Tanja Lategan, has joined Creative Spark — part of the M&C Saatchi Group of agencies — as managing director. Before joining Primedia Online in mid-2011, she helped launch sales agency, Dash of Lime, and founded content marketing business, Juice Content.
Matthew Buckland, the outgoing MD and founder of Creative Spark, moves into a group role as founder and chief executive: digital, at the M&C Saatchi Group in South Africa, with a focus on key Creative Spark clients and group digital clients.
“In an increasingly complex world, digital has become more than just a medium,” says Lategan. “It has become an enabler. Adopting an omnichannel customer-centric approach, driven by insights, inspired by world-class creative and enabled by digital technology will be a key focus to driving the company’s integrated marketing solutions.”
