Can you believe it?! The South African version of ELLE is turning 20, and it’s being celebrated with a beautiful issue that I’m sure every ELLE fan will absolutely love. DJ Black Coffee appears yet again on an April 2016 cover, but this time next to the beautiful Monique Sterling. To help celebrate the big “two o”, its big feature is “20 trailblazing South African music creatives reveal what it is about their art, fashion and life that keeps them inspired.” In this list of musicians are the likes of DJ Zinhle, Lindiwe Suttle, MiCasa, Kyle Deutsch, Goodluck, Beatenberg, Kyle Shepherd and Nackhane Touré, to mention a few.

HYPE features the night-life that Dubai has to offer, and its cover with German DJ and producer Sven Väth certainly catches my eye!

The now infamous The Hair returns, this time making a bold statement on top of the bald eagle… The cover image is in reference to the Great Seal of the United States which is “used to authenticate certain documents by the US federal government”.

Japanese fashion magazine SO-EN has definitely produced something unique and eye-catching with this cover featuring Japanese pop girl group, Perfume. The poses, photography and placement of the girls are unusual and, combined with the interesting layout and coverlines, really made me look, and look again. Love it!
