by MarkLives (@marklives) South African-based incuBeta Group has announced its merger with DQ&A Media Group, with the resulting company having over 400 full-time staff, in 13 offices worldwide, running digital marketing campaigns across 100 countries. “We have created one of the world’s largest, independent, international groups of digital agencies,” says Rick van Boekel, DQ&A Media Group CEO. “From a geographical, services and products perspective, we are 100% complementary.”

incuBeta group agencies currently include Clicks2Customers, NMP (UK), NMP South Africa  and Interface. Core markets include SA, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria and Singapore, and service offerings include search marketing, web and data analytics, social media, SEO, multi-channel digital strategies, display marketing, UX, web design and development.

DQ&A Media Group is an international digital marketing company, specialising in digital advertising technologies, and is headquartered in the Netherlands. Core markets includes the Netherlands Germany, Italy, Spain, SA, Switzerland and the US and services include display marketing, digital marketing technology (DoubleClick stack), a programmatic trading desk, lead generation and affiliate, strategy and creation, multilingual campaign management, consultancy and business intelligence.

Operationally, the merger presents additional opportunities for incuBeta and DQ&A’s country offices, with management and operations teams able to expand in search, display and other specialized services, according a joint statement issued by the agencies. Future plans include further strategic acquisitions, adding key services and opening markets to the group’s global client base.
