One of my favourite Australian food personalities, Donna Hay just knows how to get it right, even with something as simple (and sometimes a bit bland) as meringue. Colour, texture, simplicity, overall look: 10/10.
EBONY, November 2015
The latest cover of EBONY definitely caused rupture and debate, but that’s exactly what the editor wanted! F*cking Young! (Spain), Autumn/Winter 2015/2016
You’re probably thinking that I’ve started an obsession with model Lucky Blue Smith, as I also featured him recently after spotting his “lusty-looking luscious lips” on the cover of Wonderland. But then, it’s very appropriate, as F*cking Young! has launched its “Obsession” issue by taking its obsession of everything cake, pink and Lucky perhaps a bit too far…
Interview (Russia), October/November 2015
Not too sure what the cover article says about Jane Fonda, but I’m sure it’s something about her being 77, and absolutely rocking it! I think these pictures speak for themselves and Interview has captured her beauty and elegance with this cover!
Playboy (Italy), October 2015
If Playboy is merging high fashion with soft porn, then I definitely approve! Very stylishly done, and probably in the run-up to the big change where Playboy will stop publishing images of naked women, as recently announced. As per The New York Times: “As part of a redesign that will be unveiled next March, the print edition of Playboy will still feature women in provocative poses. But they will no longer by fully nude.”
