Paula Hulley new CEO of IAB SA
The IAB SA has announced that Paula Hulley is taking over from Josephine Buys as its CEO, as of 1 July 2018, as well as a new vice chair in Alistair Mokoena, CEO of Ogilvy & Mather South Africa. Kantha Govender, from Media24, has been appointed as GM.
Hulley is currently head of innovation and digital for Ogilvy Cape Town and has served as IAB SA vice chair for the last two years. Replacing Hulley as head of agency council is Brad Page, partner and strategist at Neo@Ogilvy.
“Digital’s capacity to connect and engage can overcome limitations, open potential and invite participation at scale [sic] is not only good for business, but great for businesses-for-good,” says Hulley. “I look forward to continuing the IAB’s pro-active collaboration across the network to create change and innovation across its key pillars — and, most importantly, to make a positive impact in your business.”
