Account moves: OKLB wins McDonald’s
McDonald’s has awarded its South African business to OwenKessel Leo Burnett (OKLB), effective October 2015. It will take the role of the brand’s lead agency, managing McDonald’s SA’s strategy going forward.
McDonald’s has 200 outlets across the country and serves over 8m customers every month.
“We couldn’t be happier that McDonalds has selected OKLB to partner with them locally,” says OKLB CEO, Felix Kessel. “The brand is one of the global network’s most-important clients, and we are incredibly excited to now be a part of that team.”
