Mindshare SA appoints interim CEO
Mindshare South Africa has named Zia Namooya as its new interim CEO as Thabang Ramogase, the current CEO, is leaving the agency after two years to pursue personal interests.
Namooya assumes his new role immediately and will drive Mindshare products and services with a core focus of developing Mindshare’s digital FAST offering (Future Adaptive Specialist Teams) and providing ad tech consulting through new hires. He will also be leading an agency transformation plan for staff and clients.
He previously worked in Mindshare Worldwide in London as a digital partner for the EMEA Kimberly Clark business and across EUAU for General. Prior to this, he spent two years in Mindshare Malaysia as the Unilever head of adaptive planning.
